website (www.starbuster.net).
Starbuster.net is property and is managed by ., the commercial society owner of all 
intellectual and industrial property rights of the website.

User will need to register with STARBUSTER.NET in order to use any of the 
membership features. User must register on-line. All registration information provided 
by User must be accurate and updated.
To be a registered User of STARBUSTER.NET, is necessary and obligatory to fulfill 
the fields "User Name", "E-mail", "Password" and "Password verification", in the sign 
up form, as well as accept the Terms and Conditions of Registration and Use.
The "sign up" in STARBUSTER.NET is only available for people older than 18. For 
younger people, access to website contents must be followed by his parents, or an adult 
responsible for the minor. 
The User is the only responsible for the creation and the revision amendment of its 
identification, being able to modify it when desirable, or if the user understands that 
exists security reasons that justify it.

STARBUSTER.NET website are of its entire responsibility, not being the Wonder-
Works, Filmes, Lda., responsible for any damage that can occur for the use of the 
service, including contamination by computer virus.

It is forbidden the access to Users that :
- Practice or are connected to fraudulent acts or that result in criminal offence, 
- Willing to try and/or to modify any content, 
- Willing to transmit any material or message that contains computer viruses, which 
cause any damages or contaminating effect, or the referred intention.
The User agrees to use the STARBUSTER.NET website in accordance with laws and 
applicable regulations of Portugal, to this type of service, and the terms and conditions 
enunciated here. Wonder-Works, Filmes, Lda. will be able, at any moment, to modify 
these terms and conditions of Functioning and Use, through informative notes 
publication, that always will be given to know to the User with the minimum 
antecedence of 30 (thirty) days.
STARBUSTER.NET will be able to use any of the following ways to communicate 
with its Users:

STARBUSTER.NET reserves the right to deny the access, without advance warning, to 
any User who does not respect the General Conditions of Use, or whose behavior harms 
the website normal functioning or of third parties. The User agrees and authorizes

purpose of supply services or products, when making use in the STARBUSTER.NET.
Wonder-Works, Filmes, Lda., commits not to provide user's

The present contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance the Portuguese 
laws and for the resolution of any emergent litigation of the present contract, the parts 
stipulate the Judicial District of Cascais, with express resignation of any another one.

The User will be responsible facing Wonder-Works, Filmes, Lda., relatively to 
STARBUSTER.NET site, for any rupture or violation of these conditions.

In case of Wonder-Works, Filmes, Lda, have to appeal to complaints or judicial actions 
related with the use of STARBUSTER.NET website, the User will be responsible for 
the court costs, attorney's fees and related administrative incumbencies.

It is not allowed the reproduction, partial or total, of any content of 
STARBUSTER.NET website, without previous authorization of the Wonder-Works, 
Filmes, Lda

Terms and Conditions of Use

By using STARBUSTER.NET you agree to be legally bound by these terms and 
conditions, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of 
STARBUSTER.NET. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following 
terms please do not access and/or use STARBUSTER.NET.

1. Registration
a) The registration as User, determines the creation of a personal account, 
allowing the access:

II.    Pop-up & Banner ads on profile page;
III.    Photo in profile;
IV.    Hit counter to track views of your profile; 
V.    Store;
VI.    Starbuster contents;
VII.    Date & make friends (search);
VIII.    Search & recruit (search)
IX.    Forum;
X.    Insert ads;
XI.    Ads, sent to e-mail;
XII.    To all the constant contents in site STARBUSTER.NET, that do not have 
a restricted access. 
b) User will be the person who uses and that was registered on 
STARBUSTER.NET and to whom was attributed a identification ("User Name") 
and a "Password".
c) The informatics system support of our site demand routine operations of 
maintenance and repairing. STARBUSTER.NET does not control the moment 
where the User accedes to the contents of the site. In result of this, the 
STARBUSTER.NET does not guarantee that the User can accede to the 
contents of the site in all the moments. 
d) STARBUSTER.NET is not responsible for any delay, suspension or 
interruption in the transmission of information of other people's circumstances to 
its control, appointed errors of transmission, technical imperfections, anomalies 
in the system of communications used, deficiencies provoked by the net of 
telecommunications, the informatics systems, modems, or software and electric 
problems. The STARBUSTER.NET commits only and exclusively that, 
evidenced the occurrence of a delay, suspension or interruption in the 
transmission of the information, to try the best efforts in the resolution.
e) The access to the contents of the site requires the correct fulfilling, by the 
User, of the obligatory fields of identification on STARBUSTER.NET's website, 
such as the introduction of "User Name" and the "Password" attributed by  
STARBUSTER.NET.

2. Restricted Access
The User, after the payment of credits defined in the "Credits Schedule", will get 
access to:
I.    Jobs, Casting Calls & Auditions calls;
II.    Photos in profile and links to;
III.    Raking in talent search;
IV.    Upload audio, video and other files;
V.    Eligible for «highest rated stars»;
VI.    Contacts to/from industry & other members;
VII.    Search & recruit other members;
VIII.    Date & make friends (contact);
IX.    Access to ads;
X.    Store: contacts of the art seller;
XI.    Store: download virtual art; 
XII.    Store: artwork ads and upload artwork;
XIII.    To all the constant contents in site STARBUSTER.NET, that does have a 
restricted access. 
User, if intends to acquire art works announced in the STORE of 
STARBUSTER.NET site, will have to subscribe the General Conditions 
indicated there.

3. Subscription Services:
By subscribing to any subscription services offered by STARBUSTER.NET, you 
agree to abide by the unique terms of the respective subscription level terms of 
service in addition to the general terms of this agreement.
Your subscription is not transferable to anyone else at any time, under any 
circumstances. Subscription credits will be specified in terms of the offer.
You may cancel your account on STARBUSTER.NET's site. You will not be 
entitled to a refund, prorated or otherwise, if you cancel before the end of your 
current subscription period. User will be accountable for any movement, in his 
personal account until the end of current subscription period. 
STARBUSTER.NET may terminate your account for violation of these terms 
and conditions. If so, User will not be entitled to a refund and any amount you 
prepaid will be considered liquidated damages and not a penalty.

4. Payments
When the User registers, will have access to all of the STARBUSTER.NET 
contents, which does not have a restricted access; to access restricted 
contents, the User should pay the credits as describe on the "Credits Schedule".
User benefits of discounts in the purchase of credits, if it's foreseen on the 
"Credits Schedule". 

5. Credits
When User joins STARBUSTER.NET, User is expected to pay for all products 
and services, as well as any credits that might be involved, if applicable. 
STARBUSTER.NET's "Credits Schedule" shall be made available to User on 
this website and is incorporated by reference. STARBUSTER.NET may change 
"Credits Schedule" from time to time. Our changes to the Schedule are effective 
after we provide you with at least 30 days' notice of the changes by posting the 
changes on STARBUSTER.NET website, unless notice is given otherwise. You 
will have an opportunity to review the subscription and accept them before 
starting using the STARBUSTER.NET's service. In the event we introduce a 
new service, the credits for that service are effective at the start of the service. 
Unless otherwise stated, all credits are quoted in Euro. User is responsible for 
paying all credits associated with using the STARBUSTER.NET's service and 
website, as well as all applicable taxes.

6. User obligations 
a) "User Name" and "Password" attributed to the User is personal, confidential 
and not transmissible, for whom the User will be the only responsible for its use, 
by himself, its workers or collaborators, or for third parties, with or without its 
authorization. 
b) User is responsible by any products or service acquired and received, and by 
any transactions or agreements in what is a part, as a result of his access to the 
contents of the site and assumes total responsibility for the risks incurred with 
the use that makes of it. 
c) User is the unique and exclusive responsible by the obtaining and 
maintenance of the hardware and data processing software and of any others 
equipment or services necessary to integrally accede and to use the contents of 
the site, assuming fully the costs of that use.  
d) User is responsible for the protection of its "User Name" and its "Password", 
indicated for the purpose of transactions on line. The User should inform 
immediately STARBUSTER.NET of any breaks of security, including the loss, 
theft or robbery, and disclosure, of its personal data. Until the 
STARBUSTER.NET is informed, by electronic or conventional mail of any break 
of security, the User will be responsible by the improper use, for effects of 
access to the contents of the site and acquisition or contracting of the products 
and constant service in the site STARBUSTER.NET.
e) User may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, 
transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use STARBUSTER.NET 
and or any other site owned by Wonder-Works, Filmes, Lda, or its parent 
companies content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial 
use. User also agrees not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any 
STARBUSTER.NET content except for your own personal, non-commercial 
use. Any other use of STARBUSTER.NET content requires prior written 
permission from an authorized executive of STARBUSTER.NET.
f) User agrees to use STARBUSTER.NET only for lawful purposes and in a way 
that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and 
enjoyment of STARBUSTER.NET. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or 
causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or 
offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within 
STARBUSTER.NET.
g) No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour is permitted: contributions must 
be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of 
causing trouble.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
STARBUSTER.NET is only a venue. STARBUSTER.NET acts as a venue for 
Users to post information about their company, goods and services, as well as 
other related information, and does not screen or censor the posting made. 
STARBUSTER.NET is also a venue for the different products, articles, ads, 
interviews, and services, as jobs, casting calls & auditions calls (if suitable to 
subscription). STARBUSTER.NET is not involved in the actual communications 
between Users, unless specifically mentioned otherwise. As a result, the 
STARBUSTER.NET has no control over the content of the various postings, 
product information or Users work product. User assumes all risks associated 
with dealing with other Users with who come in contact through 
STARBUSTER.NET. Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, 
STARBUSTER.NET cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they 
claim to be. Because STARBUSTER.NET do not and cannot be involved in 
User-to-User dealings or control the behaviour of participants on 
STARBUSTER.NET, in the event that User have a dispute with one or more 
Users, User release STARBUSTER.NET (and agents and employees of 
STARBUSTER.NET) from claims, demands and damages (actual and 
consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and 
unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out 
of or in any way connected with such disputes.

User is the unique responsible by the acquisition or contracting of the products 
or service of others Users. The STARBUSTER.NET is not a part in the 
decision-making in cause. The products or services of the other Users available 
for the prices and in accordance with the terms and conditions settled for these 
Users will be consulted previously in the proper place. Despite it put at disposal 
of the User the Customer's Support Service before, during and after acquisition 
or contracting by those of the products and service of the Users, the 
STARBUSTER.NET is a mere venue of the products sale proposals and 
rendering of service of the Users, not assuming any resultant obligation of the 
celebration by the User of any agreements or contracts with the other Users.
STARBUSTER.NET is just a venue. In the event of any disputes between 
Users, STARBUSTER.NET will not intervene on either parties behalf. All 
disputes, refunds or other events arising between Users shall be resolved 
between the Users.

STARBUSTER.NET content, including the information, names, images, 
pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to the STARBUSTER.NET 
website, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is 
provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations 
or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent 
permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness 
for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Under no circumstances will STARBUSTER.NET and or its parent company or 
affiliates be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such 
losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) 
loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of 
opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by 
third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages 
arising from the use of STARBUSTER.NET regardless of the form of action.
SSTARBUSTER.NET does not warrant that functions contained in 
STARBUSTER.NET content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will 
be corrected, or that STARBUSTER.NET or the server that makes it available 
are free of viruses or bugs. 

8. Contributions to STARBUSTER.NET
Where the User submit any contribution to STARBUSTER.NET (including any 
text, photographs, graphics, video or audio), agrees, by submitting contribution, 
to grant STARBUSTER.NET a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-
licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, 
create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the 
public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your 
contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in 
any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may 
exist in your contribution.
If the User does not want to grant STARBUSTER.NET the rights set out above, 
User should not submit his contribution to STARBUSTER.NET. 
Further to above paragraph, by submitting User's contribution to 
STARBUSTER.NET, User warrant that his contribution: is User own original 
work and that User have the right to make it available to STARBUSTER.NET for 
all the purposes specified above; and is not defamatory; and does not infringe 
any law; and indemnify against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that 
may be incurred by STARBUSTER.NET as a result of User breach of the above 
warranty; and waive any moral rights in User contribution for the purposes of its 
submission to and publication on STARBUSTER.NET and the purposes 
specified above. 

 9. Restricted access
STARBUSTER.NET reserves the right to stop the access of the User to its 
personal account or any integrant part of it, without necessity of advance 
warning, with immediate effect and the provisory or definitive heading, when the 
User: 
a. It proceeds, it allows or it gives to origin to a not authorized or not 
consentaneous use with the present Conditions of its "User Name" and 
"Password". 
b. Violates any arrangement of the present General Conditions or of other 
conditions that be found the in the site STARBUSTER.NET.  The restriction of 
access to the site implies the automatic loss of the quality of User. The 
restriction of the access on the part of the User to the site does not confer him 
the right to claim of the STARBUSTER.NET, any offsetting or compensation, 
independently of the respective nature, by resultant damages of that same 
restraint.  

10. Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying STARBUSTER.NET or third parties 
and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade 
marks of STARBUSTER.NET and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these 
terms shall be construed as conferring by implication or any license or right to 
use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of STARBUSTER.NET, or 
any other third party. 

11. Safety
We advise that the User never reveal any personal information about himself or 
anyone else to other Users (for example: telephone number, home address or 
email address), and please do not include postal addresses of any kind.
User should be aware that if he voluntarily discloses personal information (e.g., 
user name, email address) on a forum or in a message centre, that information 
can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages 
from other parties, and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and liability of 
the user. 

12. Website Security Rules
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the 
website, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such 
user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to 
access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or 
network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper 
authorization, (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or

investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and

User is also expected to follow all laws and regulations that may be associated 
with any of the activities involved with the use of the website. User is also 
expected to pay for any state fees or applicable taxes that may be associated 
with the activities from this Website.

13. General terms
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing 
elsewhere on STARBUSTER.NET then the latter shall prevail.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise 
unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these 
terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction 
in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and 
deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full 
force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. 

14. Additional Terms of Use
Certain areas of STARBUSTER.NET website are subject to additional terms of 
use. By using such areas, or any part thereof, User agrees to be bound by the 
additional terms of use applicable to such areas.

15. Applicable law and Jurisdiction.  
The present contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance the
